INTERNAL REGULATIONS B&B ROSE ANTICHE
The rules to be observed in our B&B are not only those established by this regulation and by law, but above all, those dictated by common sense, education and mutual respect.
Guests will have to behave in order to prevent Covid contagion as much as possible.
RESERVATIONS
Checking availability can be done by email or by telephone.
The booking request will be made via email to: info@roseantiche.it indicating the dates of stay and the number of people who will stay overnight. You will receive a confirmation email from us with instructions for your stay and how to pay the deposit.
The reservation will be valid only after payment of the entire amount in advance.
The deposit will be returned to you in case of early cancellation within the seventh day prior to the scheduled date of the stay.
In case of cancellation seven or less days before the start of the stay or in case of no-show (by 7.00 pm) the entire amount of the stay will be withheld.
In case you have unforeseen or unexpected needs to reach our B&B by 7.00pm on the day scheduled for your stay, in order not to lose your reservation and be subject to the penalty, it is mandatory to communicate this situation to us through a phone call, telephone message or WhatsApp. We will be available for any option to accommodate your needs.
In the event that, for unforeseeable reasons, the booked room or the property should be unavailable due to extraordinary maintenance, causes of force majeure, etc., we will take care of offering you a different and suitable accommodation, or, upon your request, returning the entire sum received as a deposit without further claims.
Animals are not accepted, even small ones, with the exception of accompanying animals.
CHECK-IN
Since the B&B is a small family-run establishment, there is no reception service available at all hours of the day, therefore please communicate your expected arrival time when booking. Failure to give notice may also cause long waits for which we will not accept complaints or any refund requests.
The delivery of the rooms is expected no later than 7.00 pm unless otherwise agreed.
Upon arrival at the B&B, all valid identity documents (Passport, Identity Card, Driving License) of the people to be hosted must be delivered, as these are necessary for the registrations required by current legislation on Public Security. . Failure to deliver the documents constitutes a violation of the rules of the penal code and authorizes us to ask you to immediately leave the B&B.
Unregistered people cannot, for any reason, remain inside the structure.
After delivery of the documents you will be asked to pay the amount of your stay. The balance can be paid electronically (e-payment) or in cash (bank checks are not accepted). After check-in you will be given a copy of the keys to the property, the TV remote control, the air conditioner remote control in the summer period and any other objects owned by the B&B that you can use during your stay.
You will be reminded of the essential information in this regulation. You will be given any other possible information, on the area, customs, traditions, curiosities, places of interest, etc., to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
You will be accompanied to your room and, taking into account your every need, we will try, as far as possible, to satisfy you.
STAY
For improper use, negligence or carelessness, if you cause damage to the structure, its equipment or objects in use, you will be charged the amounts necessary for repairs, replacements and cleaning.
For confirmed thefts we will proceed in accordance with the law.
Inside the bedroom or bathroom you will find everything you need: blankets, pillows, towels, personal hygiene products, etc. For any other needs do not hesitate to ask, we will do our best to satisfy you.
The agreed price for the stay in our B&B includes the use of the room and bathroom, sweet breakfast, supply of towels and sheets, personal hygiene products, WiFi connection, use of the TV , heating (in the winter period established by law), air conditioners (in the summer period) and all bathroom accessories.
For breakfast you will only be provided with sweet products packaged or purchased from specialized local producers. Upon request, a savory breakfast will be provided at an additional cost.
The cleaning of the rooms and the change of linen will be carried out at every change of guests and at least once a week if the stay includes longer periods.
Extraordinary linen changes or upon your request are not included in the price, as are additional or extraordinary cleaning. The amounts will be communicated to you before the service.
It is possible to have breakfast in the kitchen, where you can independently prepare hot or cold drinks using the equipment and dishes available.
By transferring the products independently, breakfast can also be consumed on the adjacent terrace.
It is not possible to eat breakfast in the room or in the bathroom.
Please communicate, upon arrival or better yet at the time of booking, any food intolerances and allergies as well as your preferences. As far as possible we will do everything we can to satisfy you.
At the end of breakfast, the kitchen or terrace must be left clean. The crockery and all equipment used must be washed carefully and put away neatly.
You can prepare small meals in the kitchen with products purchased directly from you and using the equipment and crockery available. At the end of the meals, the rooms, equipment and dishes used to prepare the meals must be left clean and tidied up.
It is not possible to eat meals in the room or in the bathroom.
Waste must be placed in the appropriate containers respecting the rules of differentiation. In the event of fines for failure to comply with separate waste collection, the B&B will be able to take action against you.
There are no timetables to respect for entry and exit from the facility. It is possible to leave and return as you wish, but behave appropriately to respect silence, especially during the night hours.
During your stay:
• SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the kitchen, in the hallways, on the stairs, in the common areas, near the windows and balconies, in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Observance of this simple rule arises not only from a fire prevention requirement, but also from the need to protect those who do not smoke or those who will occupy the premises after you. You can smoke on the terrace if this does not disturb other guests present;
• In compliance with the B&B regulations and the rules of the Municipal Police it is necessary to observe silence in the time slot between 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm and from 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. In any case, please maintain a behavior that at no time of the day and in any way damages the tranquility of others;
• Correct and civil use of the toilets is recommended, avoiding throwing anything into the toilet, remembering that the appropriate bins exist or asking us for disposal;
• It is recommended to close the windows, turn off the lights, air conditioners and TV every time you leave the room.
• Systematically close the windows when the heating or air conditioning is in use to maintain a comfortable temperature in the room.
• Do not leave battery chargers connected to electrical outlets when not in use;
• The B&B declines all responsibility for the loss, theft or damage to objects of your property left unattended in the rooms or common areas
• Furthermore, we decline any responsibility for any damage to people, animals or things caused by you to third parties;
• We are not responsible for any disservices due to total or partial lack of supplies such as electricity, water, telephone line or internet connection not dependent on our will;
• In the rooms it is always forbidden to prepare and consume meals, light your own stove, use open flames, connect any household appliance brought with you to the electrical system. The exceptions are the electric razor and hairdryer used in the bathroom as well as the battery chargers used inside the rooms;
• It is strictly forbidden to receive visits inside the B&B or host people other than those already registered. We reserve the right to request their removal also through the police.
CHECK OUT
In case of early departures, no refunds will be given.
On the day of your departure, the rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.
Naturally you can continue your visits or shopping by possibly agreeing with us on the storage of your luggage. An extension of the exit time can be agreed with us, if the rooms are available.
Upon departure you must return the keys, the TV remote control, the air conditioner remote control and any other object of our property given to you upon arrival or during your stay.
In case of loss of keys, a refund of €50.00 will be provided.
For the loss or damage of other objects the charge will be according to their value.
We reserve the right to change, update, add or remove portions of this policy at our sole discretion at any time. The regulations in force on the date of booking will apply for your stay.
